In April 2005, Harper Design International published Kitty City: A Feline Book of Hours, a beautifully illustrated celebration of Judy Chicago’s and Donald Woodman’s life with their cats, showcasing 36 watercolors never seen before. The book is a contemporary version of early illuminated manuscripts, notably the devotional Book of Hours - an intricately illustrated private devotional book. Exhibitions and book signings will be held around the country and working with various animal organizations, cat adoptions will be held at all public events. Online sales of this book support the mission of Through the Flower and members of Through the Flower are invited to special public and private events. Autographed by Judy Chicago.
